The 2026 season is officially underway, and JohnJohn opened the year with impressive pace and determination at the first Formula Karts OK-N Junior race in Mexico City.

From the very first session, JohnJohn demonstrated front-running speed, delivering outstanding results throughout the qualifying heats:
• Heat 1: P1
• Heat 2: P1
• Heat 3: P3

Continuing his momentum into the Super Heat, JohnJohn secured another strong P3 finish, positioning himself as a leading contender heading into the Final.

In the Final, JohnJohn crossed the finish line in P4. However, a mechanical issue during post-race technical inspection resulted in a P12 classification. While the final result did not reflect the pace shown on track, the weekend showcased the speed, consistency, and racecraft that will be key throughout the season.

Despite the setback, JohnJohn leaves Mexico City sitting third overall in the championship standings, a strong position as the title fight begins to take shape.

The focus now shifts to the next challenge: the Champions of the Future Americas, where JohnJohn will compete against some of the top young drivers from across the United States before continuing his international campaign in Italy.
